Purchases from partner retailers
Most deals on mShoppers link to third-party retailers. Returns and refunds for those purchases are handled by the retailer under their own policy. We're happy to help you find the right contact — email support@mshoppers.com.
Orders placed directly with mShoppers
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Final-sale items, gift cards, personal-care items and perishable goods are non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email returns@mshoppers.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
